We are all ready for our SAL starting on Sunday! And to mark the occasion, Helen has graciously made us a beautiful logo for our House of a Needleworker (too) which I have proudly posted on my sidebar :) I love it! Thank you very much Helen, you did a great job!!!
Didn't do any stitching at all last night, I meant too but I had to do this little chore and that little chore that by the time I got everything that I wanted done it was too late to pull everything out. So hopefully tonight I'll be able to put some more stitches into Always and Forever.
Next Wednesday is my little brother's (42!) birthday, so we're going to have the family over for a bbq on Sunday. Hopefully it'll be a nice day and we can eat outside. I LOVE eating outside! Don't know why, but I do. LOL

I put the first few stitches into Always and Forever last night, cause I couldn't wait! LOL I'm such a stitching nerd! And I'm also totally excited that me, Kati and Evi are going to be starting our SAL on Sunday for HofNW!!!

It's been a while...
....again! Time is just getting away from me. I did get some stitching done, but nothing finished yet, although with any luck I might have a finish tonight. We'll see. My Needle and Floss, is almost complete. So hopefully within the next day or two I'll have a pic up of the finished project. I've already decided on my next project, it will be LHN's Always and Forever. This is another one I've seen done by several stitcher's and I love it. I think it would be a nice little gift for myself as well, as our 6th anniversary is coming up on June 15th, so it's perfect timing on it as well. :)
I'll be stitching it on 28 ct Jobelan - Cameo. With the recommended threads. So I'm excited to get it started.
In the meantime I got my threads for a SAL that we've been talking about. Home of a needleworker (two) is all kitted up.

Time flies!
I can't believe that it's been so long since my last post. I keep looking at everyone else's and think that I'm going to sit down and write but then I get distracted or someone else wants the computer so I get bumped, and think...Ok I'll write tomorrow. Well 11 days later here I am writing.
To Kati and Evi! YES!!! Let's do a SAL of House of a Needleworker! I've ordered the threads I need for it, so I'm just waiting on those. Once we get ourselves all sorted with our supplies, lets set it up, and ask anyone else who would want to join in as well. I think it will be fun!
Here's a pic of my BC Snapper Year, May Blooms update. I loved watching the SAL on this and decided to do it for myself :)

I was going to start stitch ROS again, but I decided that I needed another project first, so I'm actually working on Waxing Moon's My Needle & My Floss. It's a cute little project to pass the time without a big commitment.
This weekend I won't be doing a lot of stitching. We'll be going to the mountains for the next couple of days. Banff, Lake Louise and then Radium Hot Springs. Which I am looking forward too. Hopefully we'll have some decent weather.

Some stash, a dance and a WIP
It was a great weekend for my stitching. I've come to the conclusion that even if I keep on stitching on ROS for the rest of the week, I wouldn't have it finished by Sunday for Mother's day, so I stitched some more on it on Friday and then had too much to do on Saturday so that was my non-stitching day, and Sunday I started and finished a new little ornie "Christmas Wish" by the Cricket Collection. I stitched it over 1 which makes it the cutest little ornament. I love it. It's one that a group of us will be stitching for the month of May in our 2009 Christmas Challenge which I am happy to be a new member of.
Then I had a nice surprise in the mail today, my order from ABC stitch therapy arrived with my LHN's that I ordered!!! Wooo hoooo! Now just to start one!
