Stitchy weekend

I actually got quite a bit of stitching time in this past weekend.  I got a really good start on a new project.  Spirit of the Sockeye by Stitching Studio.  I didn't realize how many 1/4 stitches there are on it...that's going to try my patience for sure, but I'll muddle thru.  When it gets to be too much then I will just pick something else up for a bit.  I have decided that I am going to start Christmas at Hawk's Run after all, so I just have to kit that up and start on that as well.

I even had a good day working on Molly on Sunday, which I hadn't done at all in December, so it was great working on her again.  Kati, how are you doing on your's?

Here's my tusal for Jan 4th.  A couple of days late, but better than a month late!  LOL  I've joined the other stitchers over at DaffyCat's to show off your orts for the month.  I've decided to continue to add to my orts from last year on this one.  See if I can fill it to brimming. this year!  WOOO HOOOO
I still have my Christmas trees up!  They were just too pretty to take down this past weekend.  Saturday we'll make a day of it.  The weather is supposed to take a turn for the snowy on Friday, so it will be the perfect day to stay indoors.

I just posted too, and totally forgot about sunday's SAL so I'll pull Molly out this coming Sunday and start working on her again.

Love both your projects! I've been eyeing the Sockeye as well, but now that you've mentioned all those fractionals I'll hang on a bit and think about it some more first before starting.

Your molly looks fantastic! you're much further along than I am, but hopefully I'll be able to catch up to you! :O)

Our Christmas stuff is still up as well, it will be coming down this weekend too!

Loving the Molly. I might have to track down the pattern but I all ready have a series of snowwomen that I'm stitching. I don't know if I want two series!
Love the snowman ornaments you stitched up. The tree with the presents looks nice too! I wanted to stitch that one from the magazine, maybe this year.

Your progresses are fabulous, Barbi!

I got the rest of my Christmas decor put away for the year yesterday, thank goodness! I have so much, but I love Christmas, so it just keeps on growing!
